Everyone who enters Cedar Sauna Cloud must sign this waiver before they make use of the sauna and surrounding area, this includes the changing room. Minors must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver for them.
No fire accelerants of any kind or any other flammables allowed in the sauna.
Take jewerly off. No glass or breakables allowed in the sauna.
Use only natural wood/logs provided to you by Cedar Sauna Cloud. No other materials allowed in the stove.
The sauna stove and surrounding surfaces are hot and can cause burns. Do not touch the hot rocks.
If the temperature become uncomfortable, open the sauna room window or changing room door to release heat. If I damage any part of the sauna I agree to not cause damage to the sauna. I agree to pay for any damage to the equipment caused by my use.
Minors must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian.
Fire Safety: By signing this agreement I agree that I am aware of where the fire extingusher is located in the sauna and I know how to use it.
Please leave the sauna if you feel light-headed or dizzy.
Do not use any lotions or oils not provided by Cedar Sauna Cloud before or during your sauna use. I have been provided the opportunity to participate in the Sauna experience (the “Sauna”) and I hereby voluntarily agree as follows:
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS: My participation in the Sauna experience involves known and unknown risks, dangers, and hazards that may cause death, personal injury, damage to personal property and loss of personal property.
The risks and consequences I am acknowledging include, but are not limited to:
● Slippery surfaces caused by water, ice, snow, or other substances;● Exposure to cold temperatures;● Exposure to hot temperatures;● Exposure to hot equipment;● Increased internal body temperature;● Collisions or contact with other persons and objects inside or outside of the Sauna;● Exposure to airborne illnesses or transmittable diseases;● Defects or weaknesses in the design, construction, repair, or modification of the Sauna;● Visible and invisible natural or man-made hazards in or around the Sauna;● Other foreseeable and unforeseeable risks that contribute to the unpredictability of my participation in the Sauna.
REPRESENTATION OF FITNESS: I am physically and mentally fit to participate in the Sauna. I do not have any medical condition, such as anhidrosis, that interferes with my ability to sweat. I am not pregnant and am not subjecting a fetus to excessive body temperatures that may cause fetal damage during pregnancy. I am not taking or under the influence of any drugs, alcohol, medication, or other substance affecting my mental or physical state. I am of sound mind and understand that this document is considered a legally binding agreement and not simply a recitation. I am fully capable of entering into a legal agreement.
ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY: I am responsible for my own safety and personal property. I cannot and will not rely on anyone other than myself to keep me or my personal property safe before, during, or after participating in the Sauna. My participation in the Sauna is voluntary and I can refuse to participate or quit participating in the Sauna at any time for any reason.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I assume all risk and responsibility for death, personal injury, damage to personal property and loss of personal property that I sustain in connection with my participation in the Sauna.
WAIVER AND RELEASE: I, for myself and for my personal representatives, executors, administrators, heirs or next of kin, forever waive, release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless, any and all of the Vendors and/or their owners, shareholders, members, partners, employees, officers, directors, agents, and other affiliated persons or entities, from and against any and all liability, actions, causes of action, suits, obligations, judgments and/or claims of any nature and/or damages of any kind whatsoever, including, but not limited to, damages for any death, personal injury, damage to personal property, loss of personal property, costs, expenses, attorney’s fees, and any other costs that I sustain that relate in any way, directly or indirectly.
COVENANT NOT TO SUE: I, for myself and for my personal representatives, executors, administrators, heirs or next of kin, covenant not to sue any and/or all of the Vendors and/or their owners, shareholders, members, partners, employees, officers, directors, agents, and other affiliated persons or entities, and forever waive any and all actions, causes of action, suits, and/or other legal proceedings against them that relate in any way, directly or indirectly, to my participation in the Sauna.
INDEMNIFICATION: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cedar Sauna Cloud, their owners, shareholders, members, partners, employees, officers, directors, agents, and other affiliated persons or entities from any and all liability for any death, personal injury, damage to personal property, loss of personal property, costs, expenses, attorney’s fees, actions, causes of action, suits, obligations, judgments and claims of any nature arising from, or in connection with, my participation in the Sauna.
BINDS HEIRS. It is my express intent that this agreement shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representatives, if I am deceased.
By signing this waiver and release, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. I hereby release any and all claims against Cedar Sauna Cloud and its owners consistent with the provisions set forth above.
CAUTION THIS DOCUMENT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, YOU GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO SUE Cedar Sauna Cloud and its owners FOR DAMAGES. By typing or writing your full name into the liability waiver you acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in the use of the sauna.
